Growth Marketing Manager at Policy 4.0

We seek to hire a candidate, who can strategise Policy 4.0's digital outreach and lead campaigns through social media, web properties, events and partnerships. An ideal candidate should be a clear and independent thinker, data driven and must possess excellent analytical abilities. Primary responsibilities and deliverables:

Lead the strategic dissemination of Policy 4.0’s digital content by applying best-in-class practices.

Develop content strategy and provide suggestions based on data insights.

Conceptualise and lead digital campaigns around crypto, regulations and central bank digital currency.

Lead/assist the development of new digital dashboards and tools.

Periodically analyse the digital landscape and map competitors to optimize Policy 4.0 ’s long-term digital strategy.

Play a key role in designing digital journeys for a range of audiences.

Measure and report performance of all digital properties/campaigns and assesses against goals.

Support the design and execution of social media strategies for LinkedIn, Twitter, Quora, Reddit and any new platform that Policy 4.0 leverages. 

Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.

Stay up to date with latest digital trends and emerging platforms.

Other responsibilities

Provide on-ground support for Policy 4.0 events.

Support the Outreach team in other tasks as and when required.

Identify and manage agencies and vendors to amplify Policy 4.0’s work across a range of digital platforms.

In addition to the duties and responsibilities above, the individual should be prepared, as and when necessary, to take on additional tasks.
