Senior Financial Analyst (Assistant to the Business Owner) at Elevation NFT Marketplace

Job Overview: As a Senior Financial Analyst (Assistant to the Business Owner), you will be responsible for providing financial insights and analysis to help guide strategic decision-making for the business. You will work closely with the CEO and other key stakeholders to provide financial projections, create financial models, and analyze data to help identify areas for growth and improvement. You will also be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

In addition, this role will be responsible for the prevention of money laundering through the marketplace. You will be required to utilize the unique tools of the marketplace in administrator mode to identify and prevent any suspicious transactions. This will involve working with various insurance types and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements related to money laundering prevention.

Responsibilities:

·         Develop and maintain financial models to help guide strategic decision-making

·         Provide financial projections and forecasts to support business planning and budgeting

·         Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and growth

·         Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting

·         Prevent money laundering through the marketplace using unique tools and administrator mode

·         Work with various types of insurance to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

·         Help to develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

·         Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis

·         Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the business remains competitive

Requirements:

·         Experience in Web 3.0 or cryptocurrency projects is preferred, as it will be beneficial in understanding the unique aspects of the NFT marketplace and its related financial operations.

·         At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis or a related field

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·         Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling software

·         Experience working in a startup environment is a plus

·         Knowledge of money laundering prevention and regulatory compliance is a must
